How to use
Mix hi-lighting creme and developer in qual parts. Mix throughly until a smooth cream consistency is achieved. Apply the mixture to dry hair, do not shampoo before use. Use plenty of products to ensure best possible lifting effect and equalization. Leave for recommended time at room temperature. Then rinse throughly, shampoo and rtreat with BLONDME care products.
