The online store www.glamot.com offers a wide range of cosmetics: hair color, shampoos, bath and shower products, makeup, and more.

The store allows users to:

• search and filter products by various parameters (such as brand, price, or product type),
• view detailed product pages with photos and product descriptions,
• access a beauty advisory section with guides for selecting cosmetics,
• create a user account, track orders, and manage returns,
• select shipping methods (available delivery options are displayed in the shopping cart after a product is added),
• use secure payment methods (available payment options depend on the selected shipping method and are displayed in the shopping cart after a product is added),

2. Explanations Necessary to Understand the Functionality

• By clicking the Glamot logo, you will always return to the homepage with current deals and news.
• Navigation is provided via the main menu located below the Glamot logo, a category filter, and an internal search bar in the top center of the screen.
• After selecting a product category, sorting options will appear on the left side, while the main section displays the product catalog.
• Tabs will intuitively guide you through the entire ordering process: first, select products from the catalog, add them to your cart, and choose your shipping and payment method. Then enter your personal details – either log in (if you haven’t already) or fill in your information for a one-time purchase. Finally, click "complete order" to place your order in the system.
• In the top-right corner of the screen, you will always find a login link and an option to view your shopping cart.

3. Compliance with Accessibility Requirements

The website www.glamot.com is designed in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, as well as the harmonized standard EN 301 549.

The website, including its mobile version, is made accessible in a consistent and reasonable manner so that it is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Our identification, security, and payment features are also designed to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
