Healthy and strong hair

Dec 3, 2014

We care about hair throughout the year, but at Christmas is the time when you can say something about our lifestyle too. You may not believe, but our diet affects the quality of hair.

This won’t suggest that you can’t eat sweets on Christmas day and you have to eat only vegetables, but think about what you eat. Because what you eat or drink somehow affect our health always.

In winter it‘s hard to find or develop fruits and vegetables of really good quality. Thus we come also valuable vitamins, which is for example vitamin E, which is widespread in the brambles and avocado. Replace this source can be a quality wholemeal bread or better corn germ. This vitamin has a big impact on the regeneration of hair.

Vitamin B (riboflavin) is important too. Prevents the occurrence of excessive sebum at the scalp. You can find vitamin B in mushrooms. And in the winter make a stocks of soybeans, which is a significant source of riboflavin.

It‘s not just vitamins, but also minerals. Apples, lemons, strawberries, turnips and lettuce are a source of zinc or calcium. Without these beneficial minerals threatens hair loss. But don't worry! Easily you can get zinc or calcium, for example, from fish, nuts or soy.
