L'Oréal Professionnel DIA Light Booster is a professional additive for the Dia Light demi-permanent color system that allows more precise adjustment of the final color result. It helps neutralize unwanted undertones after lightening, refresh faded lengths and enhance shine. Thanks to the ammonia-free acidic gel-cream technology, it is gentle on the hair and suitable even for sensitive or chemically treated hair.
The booster can be added to the Dia Light color mixture or used on its own for toning and adjusting the shade.

Difference Between Boosters
- Blue – neutralizes orange and copper undertones, used for toning blonde or light brown hair for a cooler result.
- Matte (green) – neutralizes red undertones, ideal for cool brown shades.
- Orange – intensifies warm copper tones, used for vibrant copper or warm blonde shades.
- Red – enhances red reflections for more intense red or mahogany tones.
- Violet – neutralizes yellow undertones, commonly used for toning blonde hair.
- Yellow – enhances golden reflections and adds warm golden tones to blonde shades.

How to use
Professional product – for hairdressers only.
- Mixing ratio: 1 : 1.5 (1 part color with booster + 1.5 parts oxidizing cream)
- Processing time: 20 minutes
- Developer: Diactivateur 6 Vol. 1.8%, 9 Vol. 2.7%, 15 Vol. 4.5%
MIXTURE PREPARATION
- In a non-metal bowl or applicator mix L'Oréal Professionnel DIA Litght Hyaluronic Acidic Gloss Color shade with Dia Light Booster depending on the desired result:
- Enhancing reflects: 3/4 Dia Light shade + 1/4 booster
- Creating a new tone: 2/3 Dia Light shade + 1/3 booster
- Pastel shade: 56 g Dia Light Clear + 4 g booster
- Add Diactivateur in a 1 : 1.5 ratio.
- If using an applicator bottle, open immediately after mixing to prevent pressure build-up.
CHOOSING THE DIACTIVATEUR DEVELOPER
- 1.8% (6 VOL) – for blonde shades or very damaged and fine hair
- 2.7% (9 VOL) – suitable for all shades
- 4.5% (15 VOL) – for natural hair
APPLICATION AND RINSING
- Wear disposable protective gloves.
- Do not use metal tools.
- Apply the mixture with an applicator bottle or brush to damp or dry hair.
- Processing time: up to 20 minutes.
- After processing, emulsify with a little water.
- Rinse thoroughly and shampoo the hair, ideally L'Oréal Professionnel Metal Detox Shampoo or L'Oréal Professionnel Vitamino Color Spectrum Shampoo.

Read the instructions carefully and follow them exactly. This product is not intended for persons under the age of 16. Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water and seek medical advice. Temporary black henna tattoos may increase your risk of allergy. Do not use hair dye if you have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp; if you have previously experienced an allergic reaction to a hair colourant; or if you have had a reaction to a temporary black henna tattoo in the past. An allergy alert test must be carried out 48 hours before each use of the product. Make sure you purchase the product early enough to perform the test. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use this product for any purpose other than colouring hair. Rinse hair thoroughly after application. Always follow the instructions for use.
