How to use

Majirel Base Contrast Booster is not a standalone shade. It is a technical professional colour booster that is added to Majirel colours to enhance contrast and depth, increase colour intensity or help balance warm and cool tones. It must always be used in combination with another Majirel colour and an oxidising cream. It is not applied on its own and is not intended for colouring hair without another shade. Mixing the booster with Majirel colour

The amount of booster depends on the hair level.

Light shades (levels 10–8)

• Use 1–6 ml of Majirel Booster
• (combined with 60 ml Majirel colour and 90 ml oxidising cream L’Oréal Professionnel Oxydant)

Medium shades (levels 7–5)

• Use up to 15 ml of Majirel Booster
• (combined with 60 ml Majirel colour and 90 ml oxidising cream L’Oréal Professionnel Oxydant)

Dark shades (levels 4–1)

• Use up to 30 ml of Majirel Booster
• (combined with 60 ml Majirel colour and 90 ml oxidising cream L’Oréal Professionnel Oxydant)

Mixing Majirel Contrast Base with boosters

Majirel Contrast Base can be combined with warm Majirel Boosters (copper, magenta, red) to create strong contrast effects.

Recommended ratio:

• 20 ml Majirel Booster
• 40 ml Majirel Contrast Base
• 90 ml L’Oréal Professionnel Oxydant(12.5 / 20 / 30 / 40 vol – 3.75% / 6% / 9% / 12%)
• Processing time: 35 minutes

*Tip for colour-treated hair: When using on previously coloured hair, it is recommended to choose a 6% or 9% oxidant (20 or 30 vol).
