Professional neutralizing agent designed to complete the hair perming process. It stabilizes the newly created shape of the hair fiber, helps fix curls or waves, and ensures long-lasting results with a natural look. The product is part of the Wella Professionals Perform+ system, which was developed for modern and gentle perming.

Technology
- Bond Builder Technology - contains lactic acid (AHA) and betaine, which penetrate the hair fiber, help strengthen its structure, and protect the hair during the chemical process.

How to use
Preparation
- Wash hair with shampoo and apply appropriate care products.
Curling hair
- Divide hair into sections and roll onto curlers.
Application of perm solution
- Apply the perm solution approximately three times to each roller to ensure that the hair is evenly saturated.
Rinsing
- After the processing time has elapsed, rinse the hair thoroughly for approximately 3 minutes.
Neutralization
- Pour about 100 ml of neutralizer into a bowl and use a sponge to apply about two-thirds of the amount to the rollers. Leave on for 5 minutes. Then carefully remove the rollers and apply the rest of the neutralizer to the hair. After another 5 minutes, rinse the hair thoroughly.

This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. When used in combination with other products, perform an allergy alert test 48 hours in advance.
