Kadus Professional Neutralizer
This ready to use professional neutralizer does not require any mixing. It takes care of the hair and promotes long-lasting waviness. This premium neutralizer has been formulated for use with all Kadus Professional perm products.

How to use
- Stir in a ratio of 1: 4 (100ml neutralizer and 400ml warm water).
- Apply 2/3 of the mixture to the hair and leave on for 3 minutes.
- Then apply the remaining 1/3 of the mixture to the lengths and ends of the hair.Then rinse thoroughly.
