How to use

Unless otherwise prescribed, a single dose is 10-15 drops for adults and adolescents from 12 years, 5-8 drops for children from 6 to 11 years and 3-5 drops for infants from 1 to 5 years. The drops are best taken diluted with water. For loss of appetite, take 15 minutes before meals. For indigestion and problems such as nausea or feeling full, take 1 hour after meals to enhance digestion.
