The Wella High Hair Touch & Feel is a light hold texture spray which should be used before drying with a diffuser to create volume, curl definition and movement. The result a glossy looking textured finish.
Wella High Hair Touch & Feel is ideal for shine, wave definition and texture. Hair has a lightweight feel giving more bounce and great structure.
