The Medium range (sometimes referred to as “Junior”) features medium-sized brushes handcrafted using Mason Pearson’s traditional techniques. With a size of approx. 22.5 cm in length and 7 cm in head width, they are ideal for medium to long hair, and thanks to their larger surface, perfect for efficient everyday care and styling.

Brushes in this range are equipped with the brand’s signature flexible rubber cushion (pneumatic pad), which absorbs pressure and gently stimulates the scalp while brushing. This allows the brush to adapt softly to the contours of the head, providing a comfortable touch even during prolonged use.
