If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you can change it if it is not used. Please wrap the goods in a parcel for a safe transport and follow the instructions in the paragraph “Sending goods back to us”.
The exchange is usually sorted out till 10 workdays. If you need new goods urgently, please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org . You can change goods till 14 days from your receipt. There is a possibility to make the period longer (e.g. for Christmas presents), in such a case please contact us by e-mail email@example.com .
We can also help you with the transport of the parcel - a courier company can pick up the parcel at your address, we will charge you the shipping costs then. The shipping costs are usually same as the the costs you are used to in our shop.
After wrapping goods, please send them to the address of our warehouse (contact address).

In case of a claim we follow local EU statutory regulation. Please tell us the alleged defect, attach a copy of the original invoice and add it to the parcel, then follow the procedure “Sending goods back to us.
If the claim is more complicated, please, attach also other documents such as: detailed description of the defect, photos, eventually video etc. We will do our best to sort out the claim according to your needs.
The goods, which is sent outside the EU back to us must be cleared by customs office, in this case it is necessary to count with extra import customs fees, please contact us by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org in these cases.
