How to use

1. Clean and thoroughly dry the skin around the blister.
2. Make sure the skin is free from creams, oils and other greasy products before application.
3. Remove the protective backing, avoiding contact with the adhesive surface.
4. Apply the plaster directly over the blister.
5. Smooth down the edges and press firmly for approximately 5–10 seconds.
6. Leave the plaster in place until it begins to peel away naturally.
7. To remove, gently stretch it along the skin rather than pulling it upwards.
