How to use

1. Clean and thoroughly dry the skin around the blister.
2. Remove the plaster from its individual wrapper.
3. Peel off the protective backing.
4. Apply the plaster directly over the blister on the heel.
5. Press the adhesive edges firmly onto the skin.
6. Replace the plaster after a maximum of 24 hours or sooner if it becomes wet.
7. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight at temperatures below 25°C.
