Key ingredients and technology

• Vitamin C – Ascorbic Acid - a powerful antioxidant and the foundation of Malibu C’s signature technology. Helps remove mineral and oxidative deposits from the hair that may affect the clarity of the colour result.
• Sodium Gluconate and Disodium EDTA - chelating ingredients that help bind and remove mineral deposits such as iron, copper or calcium, which can attach to the hair fibre.

How to use

1. Wash the hair with shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
2. Pour the contents of the sachet into a wet palm.
3. Add approximately 30 ml of water and rub the palms together until the crystals are fully dissolved.
4. Work the mixture evenly into the hair and gently squeeze through.
5. Leave on for 5 minutes.
6. Shampoo the hair again and rinse thoroughly.
7. If another colour service follows immediately, do not use conditioner.
8. A new colour service can be performed immediately after Quick Fix has been thoroughly rinsed from the hair.

For white or non-pigmented hair, Malibu C recommends shampooing the hair once more to ensure that any residue from the crystalline vitamin complex is thoroughly removed.

Frequently asked questions FAQ

• Will Quick Fix remove permanent colour from the hair? It is not designed as a classic remover for old artificial pigment. It is best suited for quickly adjusting freshly applied toner or colour. For more complex correction of older artificial pigment, Malibu C recommends a different corrective procedure.
• How soon after colouring should Quick Fix be used? It is designed primarily for use within the first 48 hours after a colour service, when an overly dark, muddy or otherwise unwanted tone needs to be adjusted.
• Can the hair be coloured again immediately after the treatment? Yes. After thorough rinsing, a new colour service can be performed without any waiting time. If colouring follows, the manufacturer does not recommend using conditioner between the individual steps.
