How to use
Add 1 part neutralizer to 4 parts warm water in the applicator bottle. Shake the bottle to mix. Apply the mixture to the rollers and leave on for 4 minutes. After removing the rollers, let the product sit for 1 more minute to complete the fixation.
WARNING: Do not use if hair has been previously colored with dyes containing metals. Do not use a metal bowl/mixer for mixing. Use mixture immediately.
