How to Use

1. Before the service, carry out a professional hair diagnosis and check the hair history, including colouring, perming or bleaching.
2. Wash the hair with a neutral shampoo, towel-dry and comb through carefully.
3. Divide the hair into four sections.
4. Apply Lasting Shape Smooth Cream quickly and evenly through the hair lengths, approximately 1–2 cm away from the scalp.
5. Keep the hair straight during application and stretch it gently.
6. After the required processing time, rinse with lukewarm water for approximately 5 minutes until the cream is completely removed.
7. For volume reduction, proceed directly with neutralisation. For a smoother or straighter effect, dry the hair and use a straightener set to approximately 180 °C.
8. Apply Lasting Shape Smooth Neutralizing Cream, leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water for approximately 5 minutes.
9. Dry and style the hair according to the desired result.
