Due to the new paraffin, silicone oil and PEG free formulation the RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask meets the highest standards. It is free of allergenic fragrances and thus specially suitable for the sensitive eye area.
The RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask acts re-fatting and waterrejecting and is therefore the ideal basic cream for tinting eyelashes and eyebrows.

How to use
