In addition to the even better tint impermeability the new formula provides intense care on a natural basis. Due to the new paraffin, silicone oil and PEG free formulation the RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask meets the highest standards. It is free of allergenic fragrances and thus specially suitable for the sensitive eye area.
The RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask acts re-fatting and waterrejecting and is therefore the ideal basic cream for tinting eyelashes and eyebrows.

How to use
Apply on the lower and upper eyelid. Surround the eyebrow with cream so that staining in this area is not possible.
Warning
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if skin becomes irritated or injured. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under 3 years of age. Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin.
