Londa Professional Neutralizer

How to use

• Apply the neutralizer after applying the permanent waving liquid treatment and rinsing the hair with warm water for approx. 2 minutes.
• Mix 100 ml of the neutralizer and 400 ml of warm water in the application bottle.
• Apply the 2/3 of the mixture on hair with rollers and leave for 3 minutes.
• Unroll the hair and apply the rest of the liquid on the hair length and ends.
• Rinse thoroughly immediately.
